Finally! Our first Yoga & Adventure Retreat in Bali. This is a dream come true for us, and we are beyond excited to host you all on this epic adventure.
This is a completely customized, once-in-a-lifetime experience in a luxury retreat center in the heart of Uluwatu, Bali. It features a private pool, sauna, jacuzzi, cold plunge, yoga shala, restaurant, and modern style and spacious rooms to make you feel cozy and right at home.

This retreat combines daily yoga, breathwork, sound healing, cacao ceremonies, meditation, and exhilarating adventures (ecstatic dance parties, monkey forest adventures, acroyoga, nightlife, and much more). Body -
Our retreat features a carefully thought program that includes at least one daily yoga class of varying styles - Yin, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa. Each session is designed to help you find balance, strength, and flexibility both on and off the mat. With mindful movement, we can learn to stay present and focused, fostering a deeper mind-body connection… That’s the transformative power of Yoga. Our experienced instructors will guide you through practices that cater to all levels.
Our guests will also have the opportunity to delve deeper into their movement practice through specialized workshops on Handstands, and Intro to Acro Yoga (all levels).
Mind -
”Let’s take a deep dive inward”. Human suffering and sadness often originate from within, and by learning to master the mind, we gain the ability to shape our experience of the world. Our workshops on meditation, breathwork, and relaxation are designed to help participants cultivate mental clarity and transform their patterns of thought.
Through dedicated time for self-reflection and introspection, you will uncover new insights about your inner world and develop strategies for managing stress and anxiety in your everyday life.
Soul -
Sharing space with like-minded individuals creates a sense of unity and support that often leads to meaningful conversations, laughter, and friendships that uplift the spirit. This perspective is an important part of our program, and that’s why we offer a Cacao Ceremony, Sound Healing Session, and Ecstatic Dance Party. Each of these rituals will provide a unique opportunity to connect with the soul and explore the depths of one's inner being as a collective.

We’ll explore sacred temples, trek through jungles full of monkeys and waterfalls, visit fun day clubs, dance and meet cool people at a famous Ecstatic Dance party, walk through rice fields, unwind on the most beautiful beaches, and more. But the real magic happens in the moments between—the shared meals, the spontaneous laughter, and quiet conversations at night.

Two local catered meals per day (breakfast/lunch). Bali is famous for its’ many restaurants, so each night we will visit different resturants (at guests’ expense).

Ernesto brings the fun/adventure energy into the mix. His expertise traveling all over the world allows him to find all the cool places wherever he goes. His energy is contagious!
Lindsey brings her signature mix of playfulness and depth, guiding yoga sessions that leave you both energized and grounded. With her, expect plenty of laughter, heartfelt connection, and practices that remind you how good it feels to move, breathe, and truly take care of yourself.
Uluwatu:
Uluwatu is where Bali’s wild beauty meets vibrant energy. Here is where you will find the famous limestone cliffs plunging into crystal-clear waters, creating some of the most iconic views on the island. Home to world-class surf breaks, hidden beaches, and cliffside trails and restaurants that lead to breathtaking panoramas. Uluwatu is also one of the top towns in Bali, but the one with the least tourists and traffic, making it the best place in Bali right now (a hidden gem).

Lindsey 🇺🇸 - US native from Minnesota, she is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, travel enthusiast, holistic health coach, and breathwork facilitator based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Known for her bubbly personality and down-to-earth approach, she makes yoga feel fun, accessible, and deeply uplifting. Her teaching blends mindful movement, fitness-inspired flow, and a touch of feminine energy—helping people feel strong in their bodies while softening into presence.

Why Uluwatu?
Out of all of Bali’s cities, Uluwatu is one of the most popular but the one with the least traffic and tourists, but it has the largest number of expats in Bali. This makes Uluwatu have a different feel than the rest of Bali. Uluwatu also has the best beaches, with white sand and blue water. Known for its dramatic limestone cliffs and breathtaking ocean views, this coastal haven offers a sense of peace and beauty that’s hard to find anywhere else.
Uluwatu boasts an incredible culinary and yoga scene with stylish cafés and restaurants, and unreal yoga studios. You’ll also find hidden temples, scenic walking paths, and plenty of opportunities to explore Bali’s rich culture and natural beauty. It’s the perfect blend of serenity, adventure, and luxury—making it the ultimate setting for your wellness journey.
