Our Program

Train, Evolve, Explore, Play

“Choose Your Own Journey”

Your experience here is entirely your own.

At least 30 hours of workshops & daily “open gym”/jams.

Our program is designed to give you the opportunity to train across multiple disciplines while honoring your personal focus and goals.

You’ll have access to a wide range of aerial arts, including pole, lyra, flying pole, rope, trapese, and silks, with world class instructors guiding you through technique, drills, and creative exploration. Each apparatus offers something unique—strength, fluidity, control, and artistic expression—and you’re free to dive deep into one or explore them all.

Alongside aerial, our acro yoga and partner acrobatics portion will offer workshops on L-basing Flows, Icarians, Dance Lifts, & Standing Acro (H2H). Our coaches will be focus on technique, body awareness/dynamic movement, communication, and trust, whether you're working on foundational flows or more advanced transitions. We will have access to “lines”, which will allow us to throw high level tricks safely.

Each day our guests will have open gym or “jam time”, where the training space will be open for you dive even deeper into your favorite discipline. Here is the space where we get to play with each other and reinforce what we have learned.

To complement the intensity of training, we integrate yoga and mobility sessions designed to support recovery, flexibility, and longevity. These practices are not just add-ons—they are essential, helping you unlock new ranges of motion, prevent injury, and move more efficiently across all disciplines. We will also have access to recovery areas (sauna & cold plunge, add ons).

This is not a rigid schedule—it’s a dynamic environment where you get to choose your rhythm. Train hard, recover deeply, explore creatively, and build an experience that is entirely your own.

Each day will offer at least 3 variety of classes/workshops, including:

  • Aerial Arts: Silks, Lyra, Flying Pole, Rope, Trapese.

  • Acro Yoga & Partner Acrobatics (Flows, Icarians, Dace Lifts, H2H)

  • Yoga, Movility, & Flexibility

  • Breathwork & Meditation

  • Fire Dancing (Dragon Staff, Rings, Poi)

Our Training Space (Starry Mountain & Kei Collective)

“We have all the toys!”

One of our aerial training spaces takes place at Starry Mountain, a space intentionally created for movement, connection, and growth. Located on top of the mountain above Lake Atitlán, with views of the surrounding volcanoes and the lake, this open-air shala is the ideal setting to deepen your practice and take your acrobatics game to the next level.

Here, you’ll have access to a full range of aerial equipment, including pole, lyra, flying pole, rope, silks, and more. The setup allows for both structured workshops and open exploration, giving you the opportunity to refine your technique while also discovering new ways of moving and expressing yourself.

Our second training space, Kefi Collective, offers lines. Here we will be focusing more on our partner acrobatics portion. This space is ideal for you to take your skills to the next level in a safe way.

San Marcos

Lake Atitlan, Guatemala

San Marcos

Lake Atitlán is known as one of the most stunning lakes in the world. This lake is surrounded by volcanic peaks, and 7 small towns (or villages) each offering a unique cultural experience. The only modes of transportation are tuk tuks and boats, which makes everywhere you go a fun adventure. The mayority of the local population is of Mayan decent, and their first language is Mayan, these are some of the few towns in the region where the mayority of the population is Mayan decendent.

San Marcos offers a completely different pace of life. This lakeside village is intentionally simple, walkable, and deeply connected to nature. It has become a hub for nomads, yoga, healing, and movement practices, making it the ideal location for our retreat. You’ll spend your days moving between the training space, the lake, and hidden gems around the lake.

Each nearby village offers its own traditions, energy, and artistry, offering opportunities to explore beyond San Marcos. The food is vibrant and nourishing, the people are warm, and the environment feels alive with history and meaning. Together, it creates an experience that is not just scenic—but deeply immersive and unforgettable.
